Frequently Asked Questions

Creating an account on ak786 is straightforward. Click the registration button on the homepage and fill in your full name, a valid email address, date of birth, and a password. You will need to confirm that you are at least 18 years old — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's jurisdiction — and that you agree to the Terms & Conditions. Once submitted, check your email to verify the account. KYC documentation may be requested before your first withdrawal.

The minimum age to register and use ak786 is 18 years, or the higher minimum required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. ak786 strictly enforces this requirement through age verification during the KYC process. If you are found to be under the minimum age, your account will be closed immediately, any bonuses will be voided, and winnings will be forfeited. This is a non-negotiable platform rule. Users in Pakistan must also satisfy themselves that their use of the Platform complies with applicable local law.

For KYC on ak786, you will typically be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID — for Pakistani users this is usually your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. You may also need to provide proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement) and, for larger transactions, a source-of-funds declaration. KYC is required before withdrawals can be processed. All documents are handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

No. Each individual may only hold one active account on ak786. Registering multiple accounts — whether in the same name, a different name, or using different email addresses — is a breach of the Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts will be closed. Any bonuses linked to duplicate accounts will be voided, and winnings may be withheld pending an investigation. If you already have an account and cannot access it, please contact support rather than registering again.

To reset your password on ak786, click the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. Enter the email address registered to your account, and a password reset link will be sent to that address. Follow the link within the validity window to set a new password. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you are still unable to access your account, contact our support team via live chat or email at support at ak786.cam.

ak786 displays all account balances, deposit amounts, stakes, and winnings in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). This makes it straightforward for players across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, and other cities to understand exactly how much they are depositing and how much they have won. Currency conversion may apply where the underlying operator processes payments in a different base currency; the displayed PKR figure reflects converted amounts.

The payment methods available on ak786 are shown in the live cashier at the time of your deposit. Familiar Pakistani payment references — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah — may be listed as options depending on availability. Cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT may also be available. Please note that none of these payment providers endorse or are affiliated with gambling operations. Always check the cashier for current, confirmed options.

Withdrawal processing times on ak786 depend on the payment method used and the completion of your KYC verification. Pending KYC, any active bonus wagering requirements must also be met before a withdrawal can be processed. Once approved internally, the transfer time depends on your chosen payment provider. ak786 does not guarantee specific timeframes as these vary by payment channel. If a withdrawal has been pending for an unusually long period, contact support via live chat or email.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits on ak786 vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of depositing. As an example, minimums may start from as little as PKR 500, though this depends on the specific method. For responsible gambling purposes, you can set your own personal deposit cap — daily, weekly, or monthly — through your account settings regardless of the technical maximum. Check the cashier for the current method-specific limits.

Common reasons a withdrawal may be delayed or declined on ak786 include: incomplete KYC verification, outstanding bonus wagering requirements that have not been fully met, a security review triggered by unusual account activity, or a mismatch between the withdrawal method and the original deposit method. To resolve a delayed withdrawal, contact support via live chat on your account dashboard or email support at ak786.cam with your account reference. Our team will clarify the specific reason and next steps.

Yes. Cricket is one of the most prominently featured sports on ak786, reflecting its importance to Pakistani sports fans. Markets are available for Pakistan Super League (PSL) T20 matches, Pakistan national team fixtures, ICC Cricket World Cup and Champions Trophy events, bilateral Test and ODI series, and other international competitions. Markets typically include match winner, top batsman, total runs, over-by-over specials, and live in-play betting. Market availability depends on the operator's live schedule. PSL or ICC names are reference context only and imply no sponsorship or affiliation.

In addition to cricket, ak786 offers a wide range of sports betting markets. Popular options include football (domestic leagues and international competitions), UFC and MMA, tennis, basketball, esports, and kabaddi. Live in-play betting is available for most major events, allowing you to place bets as the action unfolds. The full list of available sports and active markets is displayed in the Sports section of your account. Market depth and pre-match availability vary by event.

Live in-play betting on ak786 lets you place wagers on events that are already in progress — for example, betting on which team takes the next wicket during a PSL T20 chase, or the next goalscorer in a live football match. Odds update in real time as the match situation changes. Markets may be briefly suspended during key moments such as wickets or goals. ak786 is not liable for the inability to place bets due to market suspension or connectivity issues. A stable internet connection is recommended for live betting.

ak786 offers a broad casino section that includes slot games from multiple third-party game studios, classic and video table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat, and a live dealer casino where real dealers host games via live video stream. Slot titles include a wide range of themes, volatility levels, and RTP percentages — all viewable in the individual game information panels. Live casino sessions offer an authentic, real-time experience. All games are provided by licensed third-party studios.

RTP stands for Return to Player — it is the percentage of total wagered money that a slot or casino game theoretically pays back to players over a very large number of rounds. For example, a game with 96% RTP would theoretically return PKR 96 for every PKR 100 wagered over millions of spins. This is a long-run statistical figure, not a guarantee for any individual session or spin. You can win more or less than the RTP in any given session. RTP is displayed in the game information panel of each title on ak786.

ak786 may offer a welcome bonus for new registrations, which can include a matched deposit bonus, free bets, or free spins depending on the current promotion. Welcome bonus offers, their eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, and applicable wagering requirements are detailed in the individual promotion's terms. Always read the specific offer terms before opting in. Bonuses are subject to change and may not be available to all users at all times. Check the Promotions section of your account for current live offers.

A wagering requirement is the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of PKR 150,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is available. Not all bets necessarily contribute equally — slot games often count 100% while table games may contribute less. The specific contribution rates and qualifying games are set out in each promotion's individual terms on ak786.

Yes. When you have an active bonus on ak786, a maximum stake per bet, spin, or round applies. As an illustrative example, this may be set at around PKR 1,000 per round — though the exact figure is stated in the specific promotion's terms. Exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and associated winnings being forfeited. Always check the individual promotion's terms for the exact max bet rule before playing with an active bonus.

If the wagering requirement for a bonus on ak786 is not completed within the validity period stated in the offer terms, the bonus — and any winnings derived from it that remain subject to the wagering requirement — will expire and be removed from your account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. For this reason, it is important to read the expiry terms before opting into any promotion and to track your wagering progress in the bonus section of your account.

In most cases on ak786, your deposited funds are subject to the bonus wagering requirement once you have opted into a promotion. Withdrawing before completing the wagering requirement will typically result in the active bonus being forfeited. Some promotions may allow you to opt out of a bonus, forfeiting the bonus but releasing your deposit for withdrawal — subject to the specific offer terms. If you are unsure about how an active bonus affects your withdrawal options, contact the support team before requesting a withdrawal.

To set deposit or loss limits on ak786, log in and navigate to the Responsible Gambling or Player Protection section within your account settings. From there, you can set daily, weekly, or monthly caps in PKR on how much you deposit or how much you are willing to lose. Reductions take effect immediately, while increases are subject to a cooling-off period before they apply — a deliberate safeguard to prevent impulsive decisions. If you need help finding the settings, contact support via live chat at any time.

Self-exclusion on ak786 allows you to voluntarily block your own access to the Platform for a chosen period — typically six months, one year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit, or bet, and ak786 will stop sending you promotional communications. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. You can activate it through account settings or by contacting our support team directly at support at ak786.cam or via 24/7 live chat. For more detail, visit our Responsible Gambling page.
